MISSION READY

The Spotsylvania County Virginia course is sponsored by their Fire Department Dive Team which are all highly trained UCI Divers. Classroom location is the Spotsylvania Fire House Station 2, located at 11701 Volunteer Lane, Spotsylvania, Va. All classes start at 0800 each day. That first day of the UCI class is classroom only, no diving. You will be told each day about the agenda and location of the next day's training. All other days involve diving. One hotel recommendation is the Best Western Plus Thornburg Inn & Suites, Woodford, VIRGINIA  (540) 805-5023 but check that area there are now several hotels to choose from.

What to bring:

Full scuba, drysuit or wetsuit, dive gloves, etc.
Two tanks
You can dive with full face mask or half mask
Bring a folding camping chair for outside lecture at lake
Snacks, food, water, hat
Exposer protection, sunblock, water 

If you are flying in, notify Mike and he will try to provide you with tanks and weights
